Blasts
Send messages to your contacts at scale with blast campaigns.
Overview
Blast campaigns let you send a message to many contacts at once. Perfect for newsletters, announcements, product updates, and marketing campaigns. Each blast uses a template and targets an audience of contacts.
Create a Blast
- Go to Dashboard → Blasts
- Click New Blast
- Audience — Choose all contacts or filter by tags
- Message — Select a template or compose inline
- Timing — Send now, schedule, or use AI best time
- Review — Confirm audience count, estimated cost, and send
Audience Targeting

| All contacts | Send to every non-suppressed contact |
| Filter by tags | Target specific segments using contact tags |
| Upload CSV | One-time audience from a CSV file |
Scheduling
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Send now | Start sending immediately |
| Schedule | Pick a specific date and time |
| AI best time | AI sends to each contact at their optimal engagement hour (Growth+ plan) |
Progress Tracking
Once a blast is sending, you can track progress in real-time from the blasts list. Click on any blast to see detailed stats including total contacts, delivered, failed, and opened counts.
